Six Stages, In Order

1. Tech Pack Review
We check measurements, construction details, trims, and print or embroidery specs to resolve any issues before cutting begins.

2. Material Sourcing
Fabrics, linings, zippers, and trims are sourced to specification, with lab-dip color matching for custom colorways.

3. Sample Making
A pre-production sample and size set are sewn to verify construction, fit, and finishing details.

4. Fit Approval
You review the sample and we revise until fit and details are locked before mass production starts.

5. Bulk Production
Approved styles move into cutting, sewing, and assembly with inline quality checks at every stage.

6. Inspection & Finishing
Final AQL-based inspection, pressing, tagging, and packing prepare the order for shipment.
Timing and Conditions to Know
